About Edward
Edward has dedicated a significant part of his life to exploring spirituality and personal growth, driven by a profound awakening experience in the year 2000. This pivotal moment inspired him to embrace a path of transformation, leading him to his first Reiki initiation shortly thereafter. Over the years, Edward has honed his skills as an intuitive energy healer and yoga teacher, approaching his work with a heart-centered focus.
His extensive travels throughout Europe and Asia have exposed him to a wide array of healing practices and Yogic lineages. During his four-year tenure as director at the Purple Valley Yoga Centre in Goa, India, Edward mastered the Tibetan and Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki systems. He further expanded his expertise with the Karuna Shiki Ryoho Reiki lineage in Spain. Edward is also a certified yoga teacher in Sivananda, Hatha, and Ashtanga styles, and practices Kriya Yoga. In 2018, he completed the 300-hour Hatha-Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) at the World Peace Yoga School in Rishikesh, following his earlier 200-hour TTC at the Sivananda Yoga Centre in London.
To complement his holistic approach, Edward earned a Master’s degree in NLP and Coaching, studied extensively at the London College of Psychic Studies, and attended workshops in Shamanism, Crystal Healing, and Tibetan Bowl Healing. In late 2018, he became a certified Heart-Based Tantra teacher through the Samma Karuna School in Thailand. The following year, he completed an intensive 18-day Rebirthing training in Spain, further deepening his expertise in various Tantric and Kundalini practices, including Tantric Massage, Kundalini Energy Massage, and Dearmouring. Most recently, he has completed training in Access Bars.
In Tenerife, Edward founded the Asociación de Bienestar Anahata, a sanctuary for peace and personal growth. At Anahata, he shared his passion through yoga classes, meditation and tantra workshops, Reiki initiations, and individual therapies. The association aimed to help individuals reconnect with their essence and explore diverse paths of development. Although the association is currently inactive and undergoing a renewal of direction in 2024, Edward’s dedication to personal and communal well-being remains steadfast.
Currently residing in La Gomera, Canary Islands, Edward offers private one-on-one sessions and Reiki initiations in the serene mountainous area of Hermigua. He is also developing a Men’s Circle and Tantra-related workshops, alongside other exciting projects. Stay tuned for more updates on his latest ventures.
