One-on-One sessions with Edward
In person, one-on-one sessions vary and are tailored to suit each person according to their wants and needs. Unless you come for a specific treatment (Reiki or Access Bars), you can expect a chat to establish your desires and expectations followed by some type of gentle energy work. You might be given exercises and/or meditations to do in between sessions. The structure of the follow-up sessions, if there are any, is then agreed upon before the conclusion of the first session and is set and agreed upon once again at the beginning of the follow-up session.

Energy Healing
Healing sessions utilise various modalities, such as Reiki, Karuna, Access Bars, and intuitive healing, to restore the body’s natural energetic balance in a gentle and caring manner. Healing sessions can vary depending on the needs of the situation and may involve hands-on, hands-off, or a combination of both techniques. Touch is often involved, but the specific approach will depend on the circumstances.
Coaching
The coaching sessions aim to facilitate the desired change in your life. During these sessions, guidance is provided to help you establish your expectations, needs, and desires. The following disciplines may be used to facilitate the change in a grounding, coherent, safe, and empowering manner:
- Hypnosis
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming
- Breathwork
- Passive/Dynamic Mediations
- Psychodynamic play, movement and/or Dance
- Shadow work
Tantric Healing

Tantric Massage
Tantric Healing is not suitable for everyone due to its sensitive nature. It is not recommended for those who are simply curious or who have recently experienced unresolved sexual trauma. Ideally, you should have prior experience in the self-development world, particularly in yoga, Reiki, Tantra, and/or Tantric healing. The sessions will have a progressive structure that involves learning for the receiver and ensures their safety and control at all times.
