Edward teaches a mixture of Sivananda and Hatha Yoga.
At Asociación de Bienestar Anahata, he teaches regular weekly classes.
The current schedule is Tuesday and Thursdays from 21:00-22:30. During the class you’ll learn to connect to your body mindfully, working with it, to strengthen and stretch your body in a safe and harmonious manor, whilst at the same time, you learn to relax.
We’ve yet to consolidate the morning group which is 11:00-12:30, so if you’re interested in joining either of our schedule times, please let us know.
Class structure is as follows:
- relaxation
- Warming up of joints
- Conscious Breathing / Pranayama (Yogic Breathing)
- Asana
- Relaxation
- Meditation
